This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are in good condition with adequate facilities. The location is convenient for anyone attending events at Bukit Jalil Stadium or exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast provided is also a nice bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The prices were incredibly affordable, and the rooms were in good condition, especially the king size bed which was very comfortable. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling for work, as it is near Axiata. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. Despite being a budget hotel, this place had all the basic amenities I needed.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall, everything was okay.

Location is not so good if one wants to have some nice restaurants close by. There were a few restaurants that require about 10 min walk but they are not great. One probably has to take a taxi to go to Mines shopping mall for some fine dining. It is not that bad as it takes a maximum of 15 minutes and cost of 10 RM to go there.

Clean, comfortable, well-staffed hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Fastest wifi in KL. Good parking. Close to local restaurants. Budget and comfort.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very small room. The lighting in the room is so bad. Also, very hard to access to cafe or restaurant in the hotel area if you dont have your own vehicle.

The noise of the traffic is terrible. Map info is incorrect. Both are terrible issue.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Stadium and is perfect for travellers with a car. Although there are not many food options around, the rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing additional amenities such as an iron and daily mineral water. Guests can also enjoy local TV channels in the room.

The lift and some facilities are small, which may cause inconvenience at times.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in providing tips for nearby places to eat and visit. We enjoyed the clean and comfy rooms, and were surprised by the excellent WIFI connection. Although it is a budget hotel, this place had a small shop where we could buy food, toiletries, and even beer. Another great feature was the strategic location as we had easy access to transportation, and it was not far from the town area.

Booked 3 nights but the staff chased me out at the last night. He mentioned that the room was taken by others.. Damm... Guess what, the room key still with me and he can checkout my room anytime.. Called to Booked.net located at Netherlands and they also wondering how come the staff doing that.... End up I have to find another hotel at 2.00am..... If you guys wanna to have a joyful trip, please avoid this hotel.

Free parking just in front of the hotel

Service was bad. They only supply 1 bottle of water no matter how many days you are staying. They only have got 1 person attending the counter and the person may not know how to operate the cashier.

The room was spotless with pristine facilities, including a mini-mart offering refreshments. the hotel was located within five minutes' walking distance of a variety of dining options, and the parking area was spacious and secure.

Regrettably, the hotel's breakfast was served only from 10 a.m., creating difficulties for business professionals who have to leave early. the limited channel selection on the TV was blurry, and the lock on the door was broken.

The service by the staff is good and excellent. We had problem looking for road location with the teksi driver. and the hotel staff is wiling to explain the road condition to us, with patient and several calls.
